Bolognese Sauce!

Ingredients:
1 tin tomatoes
1 tin leggo's pasta sauce
500 grams mince
1 onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
5-6 mushrooms chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 squirt barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon italian spices

Method:
1. Chop all ingredients and set aside.
2. Brown mince, then add onion and garlic.
3. Add in tin tomatoes and leggos sauce, stirring frequently.
4. Add in tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and barbecue sauce and stir.
5. Mix in spices and serve with pasta.

Sausage Rolls!


Ingredients:
500 grams sausage mince
1 small onion, grated
1 small potato, grated
1 small carrot, grated
2 teaspoons italian spices
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2-3 sheets puff pastry

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Peel and grate all vegetables into a medium sized bowl.
3. Add sausage mince and herbs and mix well.
4. Cut each pastry sheet in half, and place some of the mixture on each piece.
5. Gently roll pastry over mixture and cut to desired sizes.
6. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
